The apart­ment

is locat­ed in an apart­ment build­ing con­struct­ed in 1963, on the first floor, in Wedel. The entire build­ing com­plex is in close prox­im­i­ty to Uni­ver­si­ty of Applied Sci­ence Wedel, which is very attrac­tive for stu­dents. Addi­tion­al­ly, the apart­ment is well-equipped with a ren­o­vat­ed show­er bath, a new kitch­enette, and recent­ly renewed floor­ing.

The rent is all-inclu­sive of all util­i­ties, like heat­ing or water (elec­tric­i­ty not includ­ed)
