  • Apartment Information

    • We pro­vide a com­pre­hen­sive ser­vice for liv­ing and rent­ing in Ger­many. We will send you all the infor­ma­tion you need to make an informed deci­sion about avail­able apart­ments, com­plete­ly free of charge.
    • You can then check the details of the accom­mo­da­tion and decide if you want to pro­ceed with­out any costs or oblig­a­tions on your part.

  • Booking

    • After you have found the accom­mo­da­tion of your choice, you need to sent your doc­u­ments and make the pay­ment of the month’s first rent.
    • You can con­ve­nient­ly pay with all majors Cred­it Cards (Mas­ter, Visa, Amer­i­can Express, JCB), Apple Pay or Pay­Pal. All pay­ments are secured. You receive a pay­ment con­fir­ma­tion instant­ly.
    • We offer a mon­ey-back guar­an­tee in the event that the apart­ment is not avail­able any more in the mean­time.

  • Move into your new home

    • We will send you the address of your new apart­ment and once you move in, you can pay the deposit direct­ly to the land­lord, with the assur­ance that the first month’s rent is already tak­en care of.
    • You will be pro­vid­ed with the land­lord con­fir­ma­tion (“Miet­ge­berbescheini­gung”) and all oth­er papers need­ed for police reg­is­tra­tion (“Anmel­dung”)
    • If you need help at any point, we are here for you. Enjoy your stay in your new apart­ment!
