The flat fea­tures a spa­cious liv­ing room and a sep­a­rate bed­room, plus a mod­ern kitchen and bath­room, and a bal­cony.

The bed­room has a large bed and wardrobe, while the liv­ing room offers a com­fort­able sofa, cof­fee table, and a large desk — ide­al for study­ing or work­ing from home. A pri­vate bal­cony pro­vides the per­fect spot to unwind.

Will I receive documents for city registration?

Yes. We pro­vide the land­lord cer­tifi­cate and rental con­tract for your City Reg­is­tra­tion (“Anmel­dung”).

Do i have a private bathroom and kitchen?

Yes. If you have booked an entire apart­ment, you have your own pri­vate kitchen and pri­vate bath­room, right inside your Apart­ment.

Why is the first month rent higher than the following months?

The ini­tial pay­ment includes the ser­vice charge, first month rent, ten­ant pro­tec­tion and after-sales sup­port. Hence, you do not have to pay the first month rent again after your check-in. From the sec­ond month onwards, you only pay the stan­dard rent.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Pay­ments can only be ini­ti­at­ed by you and we can not col­lect pay­ments by auto-deb­it. Pay­ments are processed secure­ly 
via trust­ed providers such as Stripe, Pay­Pal, cred­it card or bank trans­fer.

What happens if the apartment is no longer available?

If the apart­ment becomes unavail­able for any rea­son, you will receive a full and imme­di­ate­ly refund of your pay­ment.

Can i view the apartment before renting?

We pro­vide hon­est pho­tos, maps and detailed descrip­tions of the accom­mo­da­tion. In-per­son view­ings are not always pos­si­ble, espe­cial­ly if the apart­ment is cur­rent­ly occu­pied.
